WHY NOW
Being 12–17 is complicated.
Friendships shift. Pressure gets louder. Confidence can vanish overnight. Social media makes comparison almost impossible to escape. And sometimes what kids are carrying is hard to say out loud — even to a parent. Tween + Teen Group Coaching gives them a place to work through what they're actually facing, with real support, tools, and connection.
WHAT IT IS
Conversations, not lectures.
Twice a month, we meet live on Zoom for a one-hour group coaching session. We talk. Gina teaches. Gina coaches. Each session blends teaching, discussion, live coaching, and space for members to bring real situations to the group. Not every child is individually coached in every session — but every conversation is designed so the whole group can relate, learn, and apply the tools to their own lives.
Because one of the most powerful moments in group coaching is realizing: “I'm not the only one going through this.”
It's how kids build confidence and emotional skills — and community.
WHAT WE COACH THROUGH
We coach real life.
There's no fixed curriculum your child has to fit into. We coach what the group is actually living through, like:
— Friendship changes & drama
— Confidence & self-worth
— Peer pressure
— Comparison & social media
— Feeling left out
— Boundaries
— School & academic pressure
— Speaking up for yourself
— Building resilience
— Anxiety & overthinking
— Perfectionism & pressure
— Body image
— Fitting in vs. being yourself
— Finding your people
— Communication
— Emotional regulation
— Navigating change
The goal isn't kids who never struggle. It's kids who know what to do when they do.
BEYOND THE CALLS
More than two calls a month.
The coaching doesn't end when the Zoom call does. Members get access to a private Voxer community — voice and text — to stay connected between sessions for check-ins, accountability, coaching homework, questions, wins, and support. It's meant to feel like a real community, not one more meeting on the calendar.
Can't make a live session?
That's okay. Every session is recorded and shared with members. Your child still gets the coaching and the homework, and stays connected through Voxer — so a busy weekend never means missing out.

✓ Two live one-hour group coaching sessions each month
✓ Live coaching & discussion with Gina
✓ Private Voxer community access
✓ Coaching homework & exercises
✓ Community check-ins & accountability
✓ Session recordings if your child can't attend live
Your child doesn't need to be struggling to benefit.
Some kids come because something's hard. Others come because they want more confidence, better friendships, stronger communication — or simply a place to talk openly and be themselves. Both belong here. This is the space I wish every kid had: a trusted coach, practical tools they'll use long past their teenage years, honest conversations about what actually matters to them, and a community that reminds them they're not navigating it alone.

QUESTIONS PARENTS ASK
-
They don't have to share their life story on day one. Some kids jump in; others watch, get comfortable, and open up over time. Both are welcome — there's real value in simply listening and realizing other kids are navigating the same things.
-
No. This is coaching, not therapy or mental health treatment. It builds self-awareness, confidence, communication, and tools for everyday life. If a child needs clinical support, families should work with a licensed mental health professional.
-
The goal is a space where kids feel comfortable opening up, alongside appropriate safety and communication expectations. You'll receive details on how the program works, community guidelines, and what to expect when your child enrolls.
-
A private messaging app (voice + text) we use between sessions for check-ins, accountability, homework, questions, and connection. You'll get access details when your child enrolls.
Give your child a place to grow — and feel less alone.
