A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME…
Hi, I’m really glad you’re here—and that you want to learn a little more about me.
I believe every person has a story worth telling. Not a polished highlight reel, but the real chapters—the ones that shape us, stretch us, and ultimately make us who we are. My life has had many chapters, and every single one has played a role in my growth, my perspective, and the kind of coach I am today.
As a kid, I struggled with anxiety and self-worth. Back then, no one talked about those things. I didn’t know what a nervous system was, let alone how to regulate one. I didn’t know how to set boundaries, value myself, or understand my emotions—I just knew I felt overwhelmed inside and didn’t have language or tools for it.
In high school, my parents divorced, and like many kids in situations that feel out of control, I tried to control whatever I could. That eventually turned into an eating disorder—one I’ve fully recovered from—but it gave me deep, lived understanding of body image struggles, restrictive eating, bingeing, perfectionism, and the way self-criticism becomes a coping strategy when we don’t know how to process emotions. I know what it’s like to want control so badly that you turn on yourself.
That’s one of the reasons I care so deeply about working with kids and teenagers. I constantly ask myself: What did I need at that age? And the answer is always skills. Yes, academics matter—but not more than learning how to regulate emotions, break unhealthy patterns, communicate needs, and understand your inherent worth. Those skills change lives.
I’ve always been drawn to working with women. I deeply admire strong women—from my grandmothers, to my mom, to my closest friends. Women who have navigated obstacles, expectations, biases, and their own internal battles. I’ve been in abusive relationships—both with men and with myself—and those experiences, as painful as they were, forced me to confront my patterns, heal my inner child, and learn what real self-respect looks like. In many ways, that work saved my life.
As a coach, I help women untangle who they actually are from who the world has told them they’re supposed to be. I help them challenge timelines that quietly destroy self-worth, break cycles that no longer serve them, and build lives that feel grounded, confident, and aligned.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people across the country, and without arrogance—but with honesty—I’ve witnessed transformations that are profound. Not because I have magic answers, but because I know this truth deeply: people are far more capable than they’ve been led to believe. Sometimes all we need is a teammate—someone who sees our potential clearly, holds us accountable with compassion, and walks alongside us. That’s the role I take seriously.
Outside of coaching, I’m adventurous, deeply loyal, and honest to my core. I love my family and friends fiercely. I love to travel, to learn, and to experience life fully. I’m also a dog mom—Hopper is my favorite thing on the planet, and anyone who knows me knows that’s not an exaggeration.
Most of all, I love learning and helping others grow. That curiosity, that care, and that commitment to truth and healing—that’s who I am. And it’s why I do this work.
