After being a teacher for 15 years, I realized how important it is to teach children that they are seen and heard—so in return, they can see and hear others.

  • My most popular program.

    I work with boys or girls in areas around emotional regulation, anxiety, self esteem, confidence, effective communication, bullying, body image, friendship skills, and goal setting. We leave every session with new skills and strategies to practice in the real world.

    • 45 minutes coaching with your child

    • 15 minutes coaching with parents after child’s session

  • Schools, scouts, and/or small groups of friends.

    From a quick and focused workshop for a large group of students to a smaller weekly gathering for kids working towards a shared goal—this program is tailored to your kiddos and where their journey is taking them right now.

  • Flexible on or off-season programs at the cadence that works best for your team (biweekly or monthly sessions available).
