Your daughter gets practical tools to recognize healthy friendships, handle conflict, speak up when something hurts, set boundaries while still being kind, and navigate exclusion, gossip, and mean behavior, so she can stay true to herself through friendship ups and downs. Includes a separate Parent Video to help you support her through friendship challenges at home.
